Thank you for choosing OBS America. Because we specialize in high-quality, pre-owned parts, our inventory is subject to unique handling and sourcing requirements. Please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

All items sold by OBS America are sold "As-Is" and "With All Faults." We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason once a transaction is completed. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

  • Incompatibility or incorrect part selection by the buyer.

  • Labor costs or installation fees.

2. Inspection Responsibility

We provide detailed descriptions and high-resolution photos of every part to represent its condition accurately.

  • For Shipped Items: We encourage customers to verify part numbers and compatibility with their specific needs prior to purchase.

3. No Warranties

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing on your bill of sale, OBS America disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Shipping Damage

While we take great care in packaging, we are not responsible for damage caused by third-party shipping carriers. If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Document the damage with photos of the packaging and the part.

  2. Keep all packing materials.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In the rare event that OBS America ships an item that does not match the description or part number listed on your invoice, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Errors on our part will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
